Renaissance

My goal is to achieve a new body. A better one, not only in appearance, but how it functions. I want to be run faster, jump higher, lift more. I'm going to have a post everyday for the next I dont know how long about what I ate and what I worked out. I am currently sitting at 145 pounds. I'm 5'3 5'4 and I am 16 going on 17 in the summer. lol. Feel free to comment and give me some tips on what I should change in how I eat, or how I train. I'm trying to just get lean, and get in great shape for the summer, and the rest of my life. I currently use only protein powder as my supplement. I'll give you a run down on how my day usually goes.

Monday- Friday School.....
6:30-7:30 wake up, and eat maybe a little less than a cup of oatmeal, maybe half a cup with half a scoop to a scoop of whey protein. If I don't use protein I usually put two large bananas in.

8:00 workout. Here is what I workout in the order of days from Mon-Fri. chest,back,shoulders(kind of); bicep, tricep(not entirely sure what to do with forearms so I dont really touch them..); abs, cardio; legs(I do squats.. but thats about it)

9:00 Sandwich. Usually consists of whole grain bread with chicken without the skin, and lettuce. The bread is like 200 calories a slice so I usually cut my sandwiches in half.

11:00 my other half othe sandwich.. same stuff in it

1:00 handful of almonds, brown rice, chicken, little bit of veggies(sometimes none) OR I have my dads fried rice of brown rice with eggs, shrimp, and green onions.

3:00-3:30 slice of bread, cottage cheese with some whey and natural peanut butter.

6:00 I eat whatever my parents cook.. I don't usually eat rice in the evening. I try to get in a bunch of veggies, and I eat the meat they have. the sauce has a load of sugar probably, but I dont know what I can do about that.

8:00 usually try to sleep aroudn this time, so I have a big spoonful of cottage cheese, and half a scoop or less of protein powder, with all natural peanut butter with the nuts.

Until tomorrow. I got nothing to say. comment, tip, and or give me some nice cutting recipes that I could use if I am lacking any nutrition.
